Maintenance

• Vacuum or sweep daily to eliminate fine particles of dirt/grit that will scratch your floor.
• Wipe up spills immediately.
• Damp mop in-between weekly cleaning with a mild detergent or a solution of water and vinegar.
• Place walk off mats at entrance doors. Avoid rubber backed or other non-ventilated mats or rugs.
• Use large surfaced, non-staining floor protectors, at least 1 in diameter, under all furniture legs, appliances, and/ or heavy objects. Floor protectors reduce indentations and scratching.
• Caster wheeled chairs should have wide casters.
• Close drapes and/or blinds during peak periods of strong sunlight. Heat and sunlight causes most home furnishings to fade or discolor.
